Questions people ask about the TU S
How many rooms does the TU S have?
One open space of 17.97 m² holding the bed, the living area and the kitchen, plus a separate bathroom of 3.01 m². It's a complete one-room home in a single 9×3 m module.
Does the TU S have a kitchen?
Yes. A custom kitchen is integrated into the main room, with plywood or lacquered fronts and a standard or premium appliance pack (AEG, Balay, Bosch, Samsung, Teka).
Is the TU S bigger than the TU XS?
Yes. 9×3 m and 27 m² versus the XS's 6×3 m and 18 m². The S resolves bed, living and kitchen in one comfortable room; the XS is either a guest room or a compact studio.
I want a separate bedroom. What should I look at?
The S is a single open room by design. For a separate bedroom, look at TU M (its TUM03 layout) in one module, or TU L, where the bedroom sits in its own wing.
