Both layouts are the same L: a living-kitchen bar with the bedroom in its own transverse wing. TUL02 adds a Lacunza wood stove in the living area. Every dimension below is taken from the official drawings, not a render.

Materials & qualities
The same build, both layouts
One construction system, shared by both L variants. Named where it counts.
- Lacunza wood stove
- The Ocean, A+ class. Standard in TUL02, optional in TUL01.
- Cortizo aluminium
- Full-height, thermally-broken carpentry with security locks: COR-VISION sliders and COR-70 hidden-leaf casements. 4+4.1 double glazing, low-E Planitherm XN, argon-filled chamber. Frames usually anodised silver or black, or lacquered in a colour specific to the design.
- Geberit & solid surface
- Wall-hung WC with concealed cistern; a solid-surface top with integrated basin and an LED-lit mirror. The walk-in shower shares the floor's ceramic, with an integrated linear drain, a fixed glass screen set into floor and ceiling, and chrome single-lever IMEX taps.
- Faro Barcelona light
- A lighting project is developed for each home. Conventional ceiling lights are avoided: warm, indirect and integrated, with points prewired at strategic spots, such as over the dining table or above the bedside tables, for fixtures of your choice. Santa & Cole on special projects.
- Steel, wrapped tight
- Exposed steel modules 3 m wide, up to 12 m long: maximum strength with less material, and freedom in how the spaces are laid out. The envelope is wrapped in multi-reflective insulation against thermal bridges, plus at least 8 cm of recycled PET; whole-envelope U 0.14 W/m²K.
- Off the ground
- The floor sits on a framework of metal purlins, leaving an air chamber above the foundations. More insulation, and protection from damp and insects.
- Exterior finishes (7) galvanized steel, corten, burnt wood, thermo-treated battens, grooved boards, Viroc, render
- Interior walls (6) pine / birch / okume plywood, spruce board, painted, bamboo
- Floors (3) natural oak, 30×60 ceramic in wet zones, cork
- Roof flat; optional gravel or green finish; can be walkable; integrated gutter with direct rainwater spout

Questions people ask about the TU L
What's the difference between TUL01 and TUL02?
The layout is the same L: a living-kitchen along the main module and a bedroom in the transverse wing. TUL02 adds a Lacunza wood stove in the living area and arranges the same L differently.
Is the bedroom separate in the TU L?
Yes. The bedroom sits in its own transverse 3×4 m module, a private wing set at a right angle to the living zone.
Why is the TU L two modules?
The L-shape gives a generous living-kitchen in the long 12×3 m module and a private bedroom in the short 3×4 m wing, without either stealing space from the other.
What does the wood stove option include?
Everything, installed: the Lacunza Ocean stove with its log store, an interior wrought-iron flue, an exterior flue with cowl, and a floor protection plate. It loads from the front through a large door and is suited to rooms of up to 105 m².
